Do you feel sluggish and tired all the time? Is your cycle a time of anguish? What if I told you that it doesn’t always have to be that way?
As women, we are told that PMS, bloating, cramping, nausea, fatigue and all the many other symptoms that come along with our cycle are normal.
So, what is going on with all these symptoms? Why are we told that it’s “normal” to be experiencing these types of things? There aren’t many studies on women, especially with their hormonal cycle. Women are on a 28-day cycle, whereas men are on a 24-hour circadian rhythm. This means that it is much easier to track what is happening with men than with women and less expensive for research purposes. We are finally getting to a point where women are started to be included in the research, but we have a long way to go. But we do know that what is creating all these symptoms is an imbalance in our hormones, and there are ways that we can make our cycles a more pleasurable experience for ourselves.
Each week you will be introduced to a new, easy-to-induce step to support and balance your hormones, and we will explain how each step will support you.
A new, more profound connection to your body is just five weeks away!
